A nail file determines whether a nail edge remains smooth or becomes frayed. That is why Excellent carries several types of files: Sapphire Files with a hardened file blade for shaping and smoothing, Diamond Files for hard and thickened nails, Metal files with a three-cut design for strong toenails, flat Nail files with a hollow blade for when you're on the go, as well as Glass Files for pedicures. A polishing file and a sandpaper file are used to round off the edges at the end. The tip of the metal and hollow files can also be used to clean under the nail.
